Vector files are scalable so resolution is not a concern. Raster files uses pixels to make your image and if the resolution is to low you will see a stair step effect or a fuzzy look. For this reason, we recommend the minimum resolution on products that will be viewed from a distance be 100 PPI/DPI at full size. For decals and smaller objects that will be viewed at a closer distance we recommend 300 PPI/DPI at full size. This page shows you how to check resolution from your Mac or PC.
